• Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of tarot readings and spiritual healing sessions, all sales for these services are final and non-refundable.
• Returns & Refunds for Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Tinaleonardshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. 
• Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for carrier delays but will do our best to assist in tracking missing orders.
• Refund & Processing Times: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping and order processing times may vary depending on location and order volume. You’ll receive a notification once your refund has been issued.
